Welcome to Simply Derri Boutique. These terms apply when you use www.simplyderri.com or place an order with Simply Derri Boutique LLC. By shopping with us, you agree to them.

Products and availability

We release new styles regularly in limited quantities, so pieces can sell out quickly. A style or size showing on the site does not guarantee it is still in stock. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and refund that item and any related shipping charges in full.

Colors and images

We work to show every piece as accurately as possible, but colors and textures can look different depending on your screen and lighting. If a piece isn't what you expected, you can return it for store credit under our Return Policy.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Payment is due when you place your order.

Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned for store credit as described in our Return Policy. Apart from the out-of-stock situation above, we do not issue cash refunds.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are estimates, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Once a carrier shows your package as delivered, claims for lost or stolen packages must be made with that carrier.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us first at info@simplyderri.com. We'll do our best to make it right.

The photos, videos, graphics, logos and text on www.simplyderri.com belong to Simply Derri Boutique LLC or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our site or repost our social media content with credit to @shopsimplyderriboutique. Please don't copy, sell or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
