We want you to love every look. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work at Simply Derri.

Store credit, not refunds

We offer store credit instead of refunds or exchanges. Because our pieces come in small quantities, we can't hold or swap items, but your credit lets you pick the right size or a new favorite. Store credit never expires.

What can be returned

• Items returned within 10 days of delivery
• Unworn, unwashed and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume or other stains and odors
• All Simply Derri and product tags still attached

Final sale (not returnable)

Sale items, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear and bodysuits.

How to start a return

1. Email us at info@simplyderri.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the items you're returning.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.
3. Pack the items with your name, email, phone number and order number inside the package.
4. Ship with tracking and keep your tracking number. We can only issue credit for returns that tracking shows were delivered to us.

Receiving your credit

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll email your store credit as a gift card covering the item price and tax. Processing takes 10–15 business days, or 15–25 during the holiday season.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Good to know

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Orders can't be cancelled once placed.
• If a return doesn't meet the conditions above, we'll let you know and can ship it back to you at your cost. Items not claimed within 30 days can't be credited or returned.
• Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address are subject to a restocking fee and any reshipping costs.
