What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday). Standard U.S. shipping via USPS Priority takes 2–3 business days, and Miami and Florida orders often arrive in one business day. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $99. Express shipping is available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

When will I get my tracking number?

You'll receive tracking by email within 1–2 days of placing your order. If you haven't received it after 7 business days, email us at info@simplyderri.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship with USPS International (about 10–20 days) and DHL Worldwide Express (about 1–5 business days). International shipping is calculated at checkout, and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Can I cancel my order?

Our orders are processed quickly, so once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We don't offer exchanges or refunds, but eligible items can be returned for store credit within 10 days of receiving your package. Items must be unworn and unwashed, free of all odors and stains (including makeup and deodorant), with all Simply Derri and product tags attached. Store credit never expires, so you can use it toward the right size or a new favorite.

What if my item is defective or I received the wrong item?

Please email us at info@simplyderri.com within 24 hours of your package arriving, with your order number. Issues reported after 24 hours are not eligible for credit.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Email us at info@simplyderri.com as soon as possible, within 24 hours of placing your order, with your order number and the correct address. We'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
