What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 1 - 3 US Domestic Shipping & 5-21 days International Shipping.Tracking numbers will be updated 1-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at SimplyDerri@gmail.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Returned items will receive STORE CREDIT. They must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all SimplyDerri branding and product tags attached. Please contact us for our exchange form, include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Any item not received in good conditions, free of ALL ODORS, stains, and damages will NOT be accepted and customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them. Any unaccepted store credits that have not had the reshipping fees paid within 30 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. No exceptions

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already shipped out, cancellation is not possible. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at SimplyDerri@gmail.com . If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No store credit will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 2-25 business days.
